Dear St. Joseph, illustrious foster father of our Lord Jesus Christ; protector of His Mystical Body, the Church - I entrust myself, this day, to your fatherly care. As you lovingly did for Jesus and your beloved spouse, the Blessed Virgin Mary, watch over me and assist me with my daily needs... and through the intercession of your most Chaste Heart, obtain for me from your Divine Son, this favor I humbly ask of you:

[mention / describe your petition]

St. Joseph, benevolent and efficacious advocate,
pray for us who have recourse to you.  Amen.

(Feel free to post a prayer request in the Comments Section below
- this ministry will pray for your intention.)

  1. St. Joseph bless me and my family. Amen.

  2. St. Joseph bless me with a heart to do God's most holy will. And right relationship with John, healing in his body, family, mind and soul. Amen

  3. St. Joseph intercede for healing of my cousin - Ellen C. and her entire family - who contracted Covid-19.

  4. Novena to Saint Joseph by Rev. Louis Lallement

It consists in turning to Saint Joseph four times a day (It does not matter when or where) and honouring him in the four points of:

Think of this a minute., thank God and ask through Saint Joseph to be faithful to grace, and make your petition

Think, thank God, and ask as above

Think, thank God, and ask as above

Think, thank God, and ask as above

Only one point is to be taken for each visit or each meditation

    1. Thank you for sharing this particular novena to St. Joseph. I actually prayed this a few times before with favorable results, thanks be to the Saint and to our good Lord.

  5. “In human life, Joseph was Jesus’ teacher in their daily contact, full of refined affection, glad to deny himself to take better care of Jesus. Isn’t that reason enough for us to consider this just man, this holy patriarch, in whom the faith of the Old Covenant comes to full fruition, as a master of interior life? Interior life is nothing but continual and direct conversation with Christ, so as to become one with him. And Joseph can tell us many things about Jesus. Therefore, never neglect devotion to him—Ite ad Ioseph: “Go to Joseph”—as Christian tradition puts it in the words of the Old Testament (Gen 41:55)” - Saint Josemaria Escriva

“We wonder why the Gospel makes so little mention of St. Joseph. But did it not say everything when it taught us that he was the husband of Mary?” - Blessed William Joseph Chaminade

I wish I could persuade everyone to be devoted to the glorious St Joseph, for I have great experience of the blessings which he can obtain from God. I do not remember that I have ever asked anything of him which he has failed to grant. I am astonished at the great favors which God has bestowed on me through this blessed saint, and at the perils from which he has delivered me, both in body and in soul.

To other saints, the Lord seems to have given grace to help us in some of our necessities. But my experience is that St Joseph helps us in them all; also that the Lord wishes to teach us that, as he was himself subject on earth to St. Joseph, so in heaven he now does all that Joseph asks. This has also been the experience of other persons whom I have advised to commend themselves to the saint. ...

I only request, for the love of God, whoever will not believe me will test the truth of what I say, for he will see by experience how great a blessing it is to recommend oneself to this glorious patriarch and to be devout to him...
As St. Joseph was truly the head or the master of that house [Nazareth], his intercession cannot be but all-powerful. For what could Jesus and Mary refuse to St. Joseph, as he was entirely devoted to them all his life, and to whom they truly owed the means of their earthly existence? - Saint Teresa of Avila

  6. St. Joseph, please help Nita to get the job she applied for with the Department of Education. Amen.
