NOTICE: I am a practicing Catholic Layman, very active and in good-standing with the Diocese of Honolulu, who professes faith and loyalty to the Church. This ministry - my "little work" - is strictly a personal expression of that faith and loyalty, and not an officially recognized ministry by the Diocese.

Photo Album of Little Signs: 2026

-  Photo Album #7 (of 7)  -

"And I will show wonders in heaven above,
and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and
fire, and vapour of smoke ..."

Acts 2:19

This unique set of photo albums are a collection of unusual photographs/videos related to this ministry.  It spans from the days of my Lady of Guadalupe prayer meetings in Enchanted Lakes that took place between 1994 to 2004 to my present, ongoing Guadalupe House Ministry.  These images visually document what I personally believe to be affirmations - "little signs" - of the presence of our Lord and our Blessed Mother in this work.

I'm a strong believer that God is very close to us and speaks to us often through the most ordinary of things such as a beautiful tree on the side of the road; an unusual cloud formation that reminds us of something dear or holy; through certain striking circumstances that occur in our day-to-day lives; or even through outright miracles.  God's presence is truly all around us, waiting to be recognized and affirm our beliefs, if we but see through the eyes of Faith.

I testify that none of the images on this page have been falsified ... and they're certainly NOT intended to convince anyone that there's divine intervention going on in my home, or that I'm some sort of seer or miracle-worker.  I'm really just an ordinary guy who simply happens to have a deep conviction in the notion that God truly exists, and He's a responsive and interactive being who has a willingness to express His Love and Divine Will to every one of us.  Sometimes He expresses Himself, via tangible, impactful experiences that are commonly referred to as "signs".

... but the more important signs are the ones which are unseen - the Peace, the Love, the Spiritual Healing, and the positive Spiritual Conversion that occur in our lives as a result of the personal relationship we prayerfully cultivate with the Lord, which unites us intimately with Him.  I hope the viewer finds the photos/videos edifying, or at the very least, interesting and thought-provoking.  God bless us all.

~ My Lord, My Rock! ~

I got the rock pictured above in a batch of agate stones I bought from Etsy in early January.  Imagine my surprise when I discovered on its surface, a clear image of the Holy Face.  What a beautiful gift from Jesus, given it was my Birthday this month!  GOD IS GOOD!

~ A Grace or a Warning? ~

FOR DISCERNMENT:  And what are we to make of this?  On Thursday, 2/4/2026, this author discovered a red fluid on the shield of my ministry's statue of St. Michael the Archangel.  It closely resembled blood and had dripped downward.

This statue is used by the Cohort of St. Michael the Archangel during our prayer meetings and has intermittently manifested clear "dew" on several occasions in the past 3 three years ... but this red substance is a new development; I've never seen anything like it on this statue or any other holy images in my home.

I do NOT claim the liquid is blood - it hasn't been tested - but what I know for sure is that it looks like it; it wasn't there before; and there were no red fluids of any sort near the statue that could've spilled on it or red moisture dripping from the ceiling ... nor did I have any wounds on my person that could've smeared blood on it.  So, for now it's a mystery and I am prayerfully discerning its significance while intensely praying in spiritual warfare for the world. If a natural explanation is found, I will remove this post from this photo album.

~ A Mother's Sorrow ~

Once again, it seems, Our Lady has manifested her presence in a special way in her humble shrine at St. John Vianney Church.  This time on Monday, 2/16/2026 (Presidents Day).

The statue in the niche had been looking visibly sad for the past two Saturdays, and again, this Monday.  I asked our Blessed Mother the cause and how I could console her - it seemed to me she responded with audible words and then a sign captured in a photo, as shown above.  Let each reader carefully discern.  [UPDATE: 12 days later, on 2/28/2026, a new war erupted with Iran after the US and Israel jointly bombed the country.  Then, about a month later in mid-March, two back to back storms hit Hawaii, causing devastating flooding in many parts of my home state.  Were these events the reason for her sadness?]

~ That gaze ... ~

This occurrence was witnessed in St. John Vianney Church in Kailua on 2/28/2026 during the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.  Shortly after the Rosary began, I looked up at the parish's life-sized crucifix to reflect on the figure of Jesus gazing down at us with an incredibly sad expression ... then, towards the end of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, I saw the eyes were closed.  [NOTE:  Earlier, the same day, a new war began between the US, Israel, and Iran.]

I would've dismissed it as my imagination but I snapped photos that may have captured what I saw in-person.  To read more about this event, click/tap here.

~ In Thanksgiving ~

While driving to work on the morning of Thursday, 3-5-2026, I prayed the Glorious Mysteries.  It was offered specifically for prayer intentions offered at the prior night's FIAT Meeting, and in thanksgiving to God for His blessings ... and to Our Lady and the Saints for their unfailing intercession. At about the last Mystery - Coronation - a lone white cloud appeared in the distant sky, which as I drew closer, I saw it had the distinctive form of Our Lady of Grace.  It was so impressive, I pulled over to a safe spot at the roadside to snap a few photos.

As always, the timing of the holy figure's appearance was relevant, so it seemed to me that it was Our Lady's way of affirming her role as Intercessor.  We, Christians, are so blessed to have her as such.  Thank you, Lord and Mama Mary!

~ A Light in the Storm ~

Between late Thursday, 3/12 to early Sunday, 3/15/2026 (Laetare Sunday!), Hawaii was hit by a storm system.  The heavy downpour and severe winds caused parts of the state, including my home island of Oahu, to experience flash flooding, downed trees, and extended power outages.

Despite the severe weather, this author managed to attend daily Masses, thanks to providential breaks in the rain.  Yesterday - Saturday, 3/14 - I even made my usual stop at the garden shrine at St. John Vianney Church where the above pic was snapped.  Look to the upper-center - it may just show a glowing silhouette, which I'd like to interpret as Our Lady's way of reassurance that she's with us through the storm.
